Outside Sales Representative

Job Description

The Blind Duck Development Outside Sales Representative(BDDOSR) will be an experienced field sales representative with 2+ years in outside technology sales or related industry. Successful candidates will have a proven sales track record as well as demonstrated organizational and leadership skills within a competitive sales environment.

Role:

The BDDOSR is responsible for driving our business. The BDDOSR will essentially manage a "virtual sales team" to ensure that the highest levels of sales, customer service, satisfaction, and integrity are being delivered on a continual basis. The BDDOSR will also be responsible for reporting information on the business to Blind Duck Development management, as well as performing specific projects and tasks requested by Blind Duck Development management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing Blind Duck Development's business by building a strong, influential, collaborative business relationship with local businesses
  • Training the sales team members on selling different Blind Duck Development services
  • Remaining well-versed and educated on web offerings and services and being able to present Blind Duck Development based solutions in formal as well as informal settings
  • Delivering optimal customer service through professionalism and product knowledge
  • Analyzing and reporting business results and trends
  • Creating and modifying business plans to achieve goals
The BDDOSR must use their influencing skills and work closely with the senior management and sales staff within the company.

  • Year over Year growth in sales
  • Attainment of financial goals
  • Level of interaction with senior management and sales staff
  • Ability to develop and propose ways to address business challenges and opportunities
